31 July 2025 – Kuvi.ai, the platform pioneering Agentic Finance, has successfully closed a $700,000 seed round led by Moon Pursuit Capital, with its strategic round now oversubscribed. Notable participants include crypto investor Michael Terpin of Transform Ventures and Web3 educator Dennis Liu (aka VirtualBacon). Introducing the Agentic Finance Operating System (AF‑OS)
The new funding enables Kuvi.ai to launch a private beta of its Agentic Finance Operating System (AF‑OS), a next-gen interface that empowers users to design, automate, and execute complex financial strategies using natural language commands.
AF‑OS removes the need for centralized exchanges, clunky DeFi dashboards, or opaque robo-advisors. Instead, it delivers “text‑to‑trade” functionality by interpreting user intent—e.g. “Buy $1K in memecoins when sentiment spikes and gas is low”—and executing across blockchains automatically via its proprietary modular and agentic framework.
Smart Executables & Ecosystem Integration
Kuvi.ai’s private beta is now rolling out to early community members, investors, collaborators, and select OTC desks. It introduces smart “Executables”—automations triggered by live market conditions and real‑time data. Initial integrations include Solana-native protocols like Raydium and Jupiter, with Ethereum and Bitcoin networks expected soon.
