This policy explains what information BlockWest Media LLC (“Crypto Coin Show”, “CCS”, “we”) collects when you use cryptocoinshow.com and our related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. BlockWest Media LLC operates both cryptocoinshow.com and blockwest.co.
Information we collect
Information you give us. Your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter. Your name, email address and password if you register for a Crypto Coin Show account. Whatever you include when you contact us, submit a tip, request a correction, enquire about an interview or leave a comment.
Information collected automatically. Standard web logs and analytics data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Comments. If you comment, we collect the comment, your name and email, your IP address and browser user agent to help with spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it.
Payment information. If you buy a paid membership, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers. We keep a record of the transaction, the level purchased and its billing status.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, to keep you signed in, to remember preferences, and for analytics. Specifically:

The Crypto Coin Show newsletter is delivered through Substack, and your email address is stored with that provider under its own privacy policy. Signups submitted on this site are passed to Substack through a service we run. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Embedded content, market data and images
Articles and pages may embed content from other sites, such as YouTube videos, X posts or charts. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other site, which may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with the embed.
Live price and market data is loaded from third-party providers such as CoinGecko through our own servers. Images are served and resized through Optimole, a third-party image delivery network.
Who we share data with
Service providers that help us run Crypto Coin Show, including hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, image delivery, spam protection and security, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
Retention
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so follow-up comments can be recognized. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs and analytics are kept for a limited period for security and reporting. Account and transaction records are kept while the account exists and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
Crypto Coin Show is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
