These terms govern your use of cryptocoinshow.com and the Crypto Coin Show newsletters, videos, accounts and paid memberships (together, “Crypto Coin Show”). Crypto Coin Show is operated by BlockWest Media LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who may use Crypto Coin Show
You must be at least 16 years old to use the site and at least 18 to buy a paid membership. If you use Crypto Coin Show on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.
Accounts
Some features require an account. Give accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used to abuse the service.
Billing, renewal and refunds
Paid memberships are sold at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars, and are billed through our payment processor. The following applies to every paid membership:
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then.
- Refunds on a first payment. If you are unhappy with a new paid membership, contact us within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it in full.
- Renewal payments. Renewals are generally not refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time. If a renewal charged unexpectedly, contact us and we will look at it in good faith.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will tell you before a change affects you, and the new price applies from your next renewal so you can cancel first.
- Taxes. Prices exclude any taxes we are required to collect, which will be added at checkout where applicable.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds.

Our content
Articles, videos, newsletters, graphics and data compilations on Crypto Coin Show are owned by BlockWest Media LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish whole articles, scrape the site in bulk, or use our content to train machine learning models without written permission.
Your contributions
If you post a comment, submit a tip or send us other material, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, reproduce and adapt it in connection with Crypto Coin Show. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use Crypto Coin Show to break the law, harass anyone, post misleading or manipulative content about an asset, impersonate others, upload malware, probe or interfere with the site’s security, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.
Paid coverage
Some content on Crypto Coin Show is commercial, including paid video interview packages, sponsored articles, newsletter sponsorships and affiliate links. How this works and how it is labelled is set out in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
No advice
Crypto Coin Show publishes news, data and commentary for general informational purposes only. Nothing on it is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. See the Disclaimer for the full statement. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Third-party links, data and services
The site links to other websites and displays market data, charts and embedded media from third parties. We do not control those sources, do not verify their data in real time, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Crypto Coin Show, including features included in a paid membership. If we materially reduce what a paid membership offers, you may cancel and ask us for a pro-rated refund of the current period.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Crypto Coin Show is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlockWest Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or trading losses, arising from your use of Crypto Coin Show. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BlockWest Media LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Termination
You may stop using Crypto Coin Show at any time and close your account from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice, and continuing to use the site after it takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If that fails, you and BlockWest Media LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each of us consents to venue there. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about Crypto Coin Show.
