TOKEN2049 Singapore 2026 side events: the ones worth your week
TOKEN2049 Singapore opens at Marina Bay Sands on Wednesday, October 7, but the conference is only the centre of a week the organiser says now carries more than 1,000 side events. Most need a Luma approval, many are already full, and a handful are worth rearranging your calendar for. These are the ones we would plan around, checked against each host’s own event page.
- Four conferences run alongside TOKEN2049 itself: Blockworks’ Digital Asset Summit Asia, Sui Basecamp, Circle House and XREX’s Stablecoin Summit.
- Thursday afternoon belongs to institutions and prediction markets, with Cointelegraph’s invite-only LONGITUDE and an eToro-backed agentic finance summit at Suntec.
- Friday, October 9 brings Balaji Srinivasan’s Network State Conference at Marina Bay Sands and the official AFTER 2049 closing party on the SkyPark.
- 1,000+ side events listed for TOKEN2049 Week, October 5 to 11, according to the organiser
- 25,000+ attendees expected at the main conference across all five floors of Marina Bay Sands
- Oct 9 the day TOKEN2049 Week hands over to the Singapore Grand Prix weekend
The official directory at week.token2049.com lists the full calendar, and Luma pages such as luma.com/token2049 track registrations in real time. The picks below favour hosts with real scale and events that still have a door open. Times are Singapore time (GMT+8). For the main conference itself, see our TOKEN2049 Singapore 2026 event page.
Four conferences share the TOKEN2049 crowd
Digital Asset Summit Asia, Blockworks’ institutional conference, runs on Wednesday, October 7 at Marina Bay Sands. Tickets on its Luma page start at US$899 for general admission, with a free allocator track by approval.
Sui Basecamp runs October 7 to 8, co-located with TOKEN2049, and the TOKEN2049 FAQ says the conference’s Last Bird ticket includes access. Mysten Labs co-founder Evan Cheng and Real Vision’s Raoul Pal are on the speaker list.
Circle House is a free two-day showcase on Expo Level 3 (Angsana 3A) built around Circle’s Arc network and USDC, open from 9:30am to 5pm on both conference days with open registration.
Stablecoin Summit 2026, XREX Group’s fourth edition, is on Thursday, October 8 at Andaz Singapore, with 600+ attendees and 30+ speakers according to the organiser. Across town on the same day, Metaverse Post’s HSC Asset Management conference fills two stages at Fairmont Singapore, with a free regular ticket.
Wednesday, October 7: where Day 1 goes after 6pm
The expo closes at 6pm and the rooftops take over. Kraken Pro After Dark runs from 8pm to 2am at CÉ LA VI on top of Marina Bay Sands, aimed at pro traders and institutional clients (Luma). Next door at MARQUEE, BloFin’s WHALE3RA marks the exchange’s third anniversary from 9pm with Swae Lee headlining and a billed capacity of 2,000 (Luma).
For builders, the Rooftop UTXO Pitch Night at LAVO, Marina Bay Sands Tower 1, has Cardano and UTXO founders pitching for up to US$500,000 in funding from 6:30pm (Luma). Animoca Brands and AWS Startups host The Agentic Mixer at Jypsy One Fullerton from 6pm (Luma), and BNB Chain’s Singapore super meetup runs from 5pm (Luma).
Pudgy Penguins’ Inside the Igloo at Blu Jaz in Clarke Quay is already sold out with a waitlist, and Privy and Bridge’s Night Shift runs from 8pm at BOP on Tras Street (Luma).
Thursday, October 8: institutions, privacy and prediction markets
NEAR Foundation and Quantus host a Quantum & Privacy Day at The Tower Club from 1pm (Luma), a useful follow-on to the main-stage quantum panel the day before. At Suntec, the Agentic Finance Summit and The Odds: Prediction Markets Live, backed by eToro and Alpaca, run from 2pm with 50+ speakers (Luma).
Solv Protocol and the Stellar Development Foundation host Global Capital, Onchain from 2pm (Luma). Cointelegraph’s LONGITUDE, now in its tenth edition, is invitation-only for 350 guests at Amara Singapore from 3pm.
The late shift is KAST’s Solid Gold party at C.O.T.U Skytower, CapitaGreen levels 38 to 39, with eight DJs from 9:30pm (Luma).
Friday, October 9: Network State, trackside summits and AFTER 2049
The day after TOKEN2049 closes is the strongest side-event day of the week. Balaji Srinivasan’s Network School hosts the Network State Conference with Zcash on Expo Level 5 at Marina Bay Sands from 9am to 8pm, at US$99 in person or free remotely. Its Luma page lists Vitalik Buterin, Binance co-CEO Richard Teng, Olaf Carlson-Wee and Mike Maples among the speakers, plus a “Zcash Zummit”.
Luna PR’s Digital Assets & Tokenization Summit (Trackside Edition) brings a roughly 300-person institutional audience to Monti at Marina Bay from 9am, free and nearly full (Luma). Cointelegraph’s CONNECT: Singapore Edition pairs a pitch competition with panels at RASA Space from noon (Luma).
The night ends 57 floors up. AFTER 2049, the official TOKEN2049 closing party, takes over the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark with Claptone and Crusy headlining, on a separate ticket sold through Megatix. Our AFTER 2049 guide covers entry rules and the other parties worth the queue.
The CCS read. The side-event calendar has become the real map of who has money to spend this cycle. Exchanges are buying the rooftops, stablecoin issuers are buying the expo floor, and the most interesting rooms on Thursday and Friday are about prediction markets, quantum risk and network states rather than token launches. Pick two events a day with hosts you would take a meeting with, register early, and treat everything else as a bonus.
Approvals on Luma often land the night before, so check your inbox on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Formula 1 road closures around Marina Centre run from 12:01am on October 7 to 5:30am on October 13, so allow extra time between venues, and see our Singapore week guide for getting around.
