8:50business model right you whether you're doing an Ico Oro you have to have a very good business model you have to be profitable you have to be able to sell your product and service right right it's just that you give your investor different things if use the Ico you have to provide them with Ser goods and service and make sure you have a limited Supply and then increasing demand you

9:10have to find ways to in boost your demand whereas with security token offering whether you're doing it with a bond securitized Bond or securitized stock you're actually giving out your profit so it's very critical so security token offering I see it's more similar or closer to the traditional acad offering it's just SEC version so the same way when you're rais found

9:33when you're telling the story to the investor you really have to show comp has potential to make future profit so I see that's the critical thing and then now with security security token offering investors are a credit investor which means they're more sophisticated not necessar more sophisticated but they are supposed to be more sophisticated so you have to be

12:13but I know when it's bare Market you just gotta come down and do more research this is a good this is a good good time for us to really lay down dig deeper do more serious research development in terms of technology we're going to keep keep keep doing our blockchain M aware focusing with focusing on blockchain security smart contract audit

12:41exchange security wallet security doing more of the development work and then more on the business side token design side we're we're going to work more on really understand sdo really understand the token what's driving the token what really understand model so this all goes back to understand the business understand industry is you say oh we're doing a token offering
