Key takeaways
  • Credits claims to process approximately one million transactions per second with sub-one-second settlement times, positioning itself as faster and cheaper than Ethereum.
  • Credits is building its token on the Ethereum blockchain before migrating to its own proprietary blockchain upon launch.
  • The platform targets financial institutions, banks, and organizations requiring high-volume transaction processing rather than individual end-users.
  • Credits planned to launch an alpha version before the end of January 2018 and conduct an ICO after the protocol became accessible.
  • The project invited developers globally to build applications and issue tokens on the Credits blockchain through an open-ledger model.

we're live at the Bitcoin Miami conference with REO from credits thanks for being here man and it's been a great event so far oh yeah busy and big it's it's amazing it's very vibrant I like it for sure yeah I saw you guys we're at the stage upstairs how did the presentation go amazing it was like a duo presentation I interviewed the CEO and we made sure that all the unique

selling points off credits were shared with the audience and apparently loved it because people were coming up to us after right away and because we are bringing a very groundbreaking protocol – – to the business to the market to the space beautiful I'd love to hear a little bit more about those unique selling points okay well that the problem or the issues with current

blockchain is that it's not ready for mass implementation and especially financial institutions organizations like banks credit card companies but also smaller organizations that do a lot of transactions financial transactions like investment funds what they need is a blockchain that is fast and high way that can execute high volumes so the founders of credits came up with this

new technology it's different from proof of stake and proof of work go on our website to find details about that we can execute about a million transactions per second we can process those transactions within one second now it was first three seconds but we can we can proudly say that it's less than one second and the costs of it are marginal compared to what it is with

aetherium so those are pretty much our unique selling points it's much more but yep I know there's been a lot of scalability issues and topics with Bitcoin and aetherium and myself when I think of high scalability in financial institutions it sort of brings me to ripple is there a comparison that's being made between credits and ripple know because ripple

is like a payment a source so to speak it's not really a blockchain it's a famous it's it's created for banks to use by banks credits is more comparable with go ahead yes go ahead credits is more comparable with aetherium so to speak just just compare it to aetherium theory you can execute smart car built and execute smart contracts but credits is more advanced speed high volume and

that and also the smart contracts are there it's almost unlimited what you can do with the smart contracts they can communicate communicate outside of the blockchain you can issue your own token on a blockchain just as we are issuing our token on ethereum blockchain so and we invite also developers from all over the world to join a community if you are

a good developer if you want to develop applications it's an open ledger go on come onboard and join the club I really appreciate that a lot of the you know the core of these decentralized economies is that if there's a project that somebody sees can bring value then they should have the opportunity to just start working on the projects and collaborating with it right

exactly so yeah we are happy to announce that we will launch the alpha version before the end of this month that's that's our goal before January 2018 we want to have our protocol accessible for everyone around the globe and then we are going to issue our ice low so and that's quite unique as well because most block chains most startups they have an IC o—- before they even

have a working prodigal so far we are unique in many ways and that's what our community really likes that's what you see our community is growing by – 300 members per day now he started of course in Asia but I'm very happy to see that in Europe and also in America many people come on board and get excited by the potential of this blockchain is there a high value for an everyday user

to start using credits it's more free as well small businesses it's you as an individual you will probably in the future use credits blockchain but we threw out even knowing it just like you don't know what kind of programs your bank is using so that is that is we are aiming our users are businesses institutions large and small and you will be the end-user but you will

probably don't even know that you are the end-user very cool so you mentioned that you guys are building the token on aetherium are you do are you creating an affair iam token and then switching to your blockchain exactly that's exactly what we're doing so if you want to be part if you want to participate in the ICO what you get is 5000 CS credits tokens CS tokens for one aetherium what

it will do on the exchange after that I have no idea but if you look at the potential it will be a good investment and yes we are building it on ethereal but as soon as we go live we will move it to our own blockchain beautiful so if developers are looking to get into the project or learn more about it or maybe just avid coin holders or traders are looking into it what's the best

place to go do you guys have an active slack community or telegram credits telegram you'll find it go to a website and from there you will be guided to our telegram application you
